SHIPPING
Every packages sent requires a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Option 1: FedEx US ground service, 3-5 business days delivery from (Monday-Friday)
Delivery Option 2: FedEx US domestic express service 2 day to 3 day (Monday-Friday).
Delivery Option 3: FedEx US Standard Next day
These guidelines only apply to the US.

We require a window of 2 days to process and dispatch purchases.
LOST / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
SALASSAN will not be held responsible for the reimbursement of lost or damaged in transit goods. We double or triple check every items before packing and shipping.
RETURNS
1. NEW SALASSAN PRODUCTS ONLY: RETURNS ACCEPTED .
We understand impulse buying, that lunch money is actually for food. You were looking for that adrenaline rush but now you need the money for your rent, we get it. You tried it on and it is not what you envisioned, we have been there.
We want to cultivate a respectful relationship between you and us.
You may return unworn pieces in the original package with the leaf label still attached within 10 days of purchase for full refund in the original payment method.
Only pieces with the original leaf label still attached may be returned.
2. FOR VINTAGE PRODUCT CURATED BY SALASSAN: NO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
For an exchange the vintage product needs to be brought back within 5 days in the original state you purchase the items. All items has been documented and hand selected so we know what state we sold each piece at.

We do not collect any information nor cookies related to your behavior on the Salassan.com website.
REMNANT FABRICS COLLECTION DISCLAIMER
By buying the sustainable capsule collection made out of unused fabric remnants you agree to the second hand nature of the fabric. As we know the nature of the fabric but not the percentage of it the garments are clearly labeled as per state laws requirement '100% remnants unknown fibers'.
Which means even though we might know a product has some silk in it we cannot identify the percentage as the fabric are 'remnants fabric rolls.
